We can track down difficult parties in an ongoing litigation through database search and other resources available to us.

Stakeouts: With your instructions we will post an experienced process server to effect service on a subject who is avoiding service.

We recommend a minimum of 2 hours unless the subjects movements indicate otherwise. Stakeouts are $45/hr plus the priority trip charge.
