30 years experience
Mark started in the
industry in 1978 as a courier, but was promptly promoted to
a position in the Process department.

He has worked as Process Manager
for 3 of San Diego's Largest attorney services. Mark was
a founding co-owner of one of San Diego's most respected
attorney services (AMS).
-
Currently a Case Administrator
for Southern District of California, Federal Court. Mark
works part time for us and you will see him managing our
exhibit booths at various trade shows. Mark has a wealth
of knowledge and we are fortunate to have his counsel.

Moved to San Diego from the
mid-west in 1969. Has a grown daughter and grandson.

When not working Mark enjoys
music, reading and motor sports.

Jill first entered the legal support field in

She has held various administrative positions within the
attorney service profession and has also worked in the
field as a process server.

Jill is a native of Connecticut
but as a member of a military family has lived in many
different locations. When you speak to her on the phone
you may catch a hint of that Connecticut accent.

Jill has been married for 9 years
and has 5 children. When you notice the accent, she may
also sound a bit tired!

On her days off Jill enjoys
playing softball and spending time with her family.

Carlos has done
virtually everything that can be done in the legal
support field. He has been a court runner, process
server, was branch manager for a highly respected state
wide attorney service, and now provides highly technical
computer support.

He is self-trained in the area of computer technology
and is now a tech representative for one of the nations
largest cable service providers.

Carlos is a native
of Riverside and has been in San Diego since 1995. He
has been married for 6 years and has a beautiful young
daughter.

Away from work
Carlos enjoys time with his family and, like most
techies, loves computer gaming.

Pete Zirolli |

Pete is a native of the small town of Durham,
Connecticut. He is a graduate of Central Connecticut
State University with a degree in Criminal Justice.
-
He received his sales training in the hard-knock world
of retail sales, working as a store manager for a major
upscale clothing chain. He hired personnell, trained,
scheduled, supervised inventory, mediated employee
conflicts, directed management meetings and oversaw loss
prevention.
-
On the rare occasion we give him time off, Pete enjoys
peer mentoring, high powered target practice, ATV and
motorcycle riding, and of course billiards. Don't
challenge him to a game of pool!

Pete not only works in sales, but he is an active
registered process server. His educational background
and work experience make him uniquely qualified for his
position as SDASP. When he talks about the business, he
has the experience to back up what he says.

Accounts Receivable / Payable, Office Assistant

Yolanda was one of
SDSO's very first employees, working with us for over 7
years before taking some time off. She returned to us in
2009.

She is experienced in all facets of the office at SDSOP,
paying particular attention to accounts receivable and
payable.

Yolanda is a native of San Diego and has 4 beautful
children. The oldest just finished his first year of Pop
Warner football. Needless to say she has the patience
and perseverance to handle whatever problem you may hand
her.
